Meet Rachele Sanchez.
I was born and raised in sunny South Florida. In 2016, I began exploring cannabis cultivation as a personal hobby. At the time, I was living in a 400 sq. ft. studio apartment in Washington, D.C., where I spent years refining my growing techniques through hands-on experience and continuous learning. What started as curiosity evolved into a deep respect for the plant and a personal practice rooted in intention and care.

As I shared my journey with family, I discovered a deeper connection to my roots—learning that my great-grandmother in Mexico cultivated cannabis and other medicinal plants for traditional teas, and that my grandfather also grew the plant, even using its roots to help ease his arthritis pain. This history strengthened my commitment to honoring the cultural and medicinal significance of cannabis, while helping to challenge long-standing stigma.

Today, my mission is to educate, inspire, and empower new cultivators. Through one-on-one consultations and group workshops, I provide practical guidance and foundational knowledge to help others grow with confidence, clarity, and respect for the plant.
Rachele's a hospitality professional, cultivation specialist, and educator whose work centers around reconnecting people with plants, wellness, and community. Her professional background spans home-grow consulting and hands-on experience within large-scale commercial cultivation operations, including integrated pest management (IPM) and fertigation systems.

With more than a decade of hospitality experience, Rachele brings a people-first approach to everything she creates—transforming technical knowledge into accessible, engaging, and meaningful experiences. Her unique ability to bridge cultivation, education, and hospitality allows her to create spaces where individuals feel empowered to learn, connect, and build a deeper relationship with the natural world.
